needs. He has a passion for helping families find their dream home,
as well as helping investors find the right investment opportunity.

He is very pleased to be an associate at Mary
Worrall Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, a
third-generation Kama’aina Real Estate firm and an exclusive
affiliate of the Sotheby’s International Realty® network,
which provides Curtis the opportunity to help his clients anywhere
in the world.
In 1989, Curtis was promoted and transferred from
Connecticut to beautiful Hawaii by a real estate brochure company to
sell advertising to businesses that helped agents to close
transactions easier. His position involved constant travel
throughout the state for more than six years, allowing him to become
very familiar with areas on all of the islands - from Princeville to
Poipu, from Kapalua to Hana, from Waikoloa and Kona to Hilo, and
from Hawaii Kai to the North Shore. This experience helps him find
the best opportunities for all of his clients. Curtis was soon
promoted to Sales Manager and freely shared his successful sales
techniques through training seminars and developed one of the top
sales team in the city.
He then decided to join Pacific Business News, a
division of American City Business Journals with more than 41
publications across the United States. He had phenomenal success
beyond his own expectations and received numerous awards, as well as
nine Eagles/Chairman Club Awards (the American City Business
Journals' Highest Corporate Sales Honors from more than 200 sales
associates across the country). Curtis soon was promoted to the
position of Associate Advertising Director and continued to build
lasting relationships with many of the top decision-makers in
Hawaii.
